Eversave Voucher Holders:
A few people have reported to us that they have had difficulty redeeming their vouchers. The shopping cart on our website reflects the correct total, but then the Paypal page does not recognize the voucher deduction. This is a communication error between your browser, our webpage and Paypal, and our tech team is fixing it right now. If this happens to you, there are two options to fix it:
1) easy option: complete your order through Paypal, and pay what Paypal is requesting. Include your voucher number in the ‘message to seller’ on the Paypal page. When we receive your order, we will immediately refund you the value of the voucher.
2) slightly less convenient option: email your order, along with your shipping address and voucher number to info@earthmomandbaby.com. I will manually process your order and send you an invoice through Paypal. Once the invoice is paid, your items will be shipped to you.
